Visual Arts

The mission of the CHS Art Department is to provide opportunities for all students to develop proficiency in artistic expression through creating and presenting art, as well as responding and connecting to art.

  1. Create: The CHS graduate generates, organizes, develops, and refines artistic ideas to create works of art.

  2. Present: The CHS graduate shares artistic work through selecting, preparing, interpreting, and presenting in the CSD art show or other exhibition venue.
