Seniors will receive cap/gown and announcement information at the mandatory senior AT on Tuesday, October 22nd with the Josten's representative. *Cap/Gown is $23 and can be purchased online or when Josten's returns on Thursday, November 7th and Friday, November 8th during lunches, 11 AM - 1 PM, to collect orders.* If ordering at the school, payment for cap/gown must be made out to Josten's or in cash. Order Online.
Senior Dues are a $20 payment to the school that we ask of all Seniors. Dues cover the cost of the class gift, flowers, and other graduation expenses. Senior Dues can be paid either by cash or a check made out to Colchester High School. If for any reason you cannot pay your Senior Dues, please reach out to your class adviser Ms. Gauding (email@example.com) or Mr. Beaudoin (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Some seniors have unpaid debts to the school. Unpaid debt includes: lost school/library books, lunch accounts, senior dues, and athletic uniforms. These debts must be paid in order to participate in the graduation ceremony. *Seniors with unpaid books and/or other financial obligations will not march at graduation.* Seniors with debt will receive a breakdown when they receive the senior letter in April.
Photos for Yearbook
All senior portraits (and other senior section photos) are *due by Friday, November 22nd, 2019*. We strongly prefer that photos be submitted electronically (in .jpg format) - the picture quality is much better. Photos should be sent to email@example.com. If you are unable to submit the photo electronically, you may put a hard copy in the drop box in the main office; yearbook staff will scan the photo and return it to you. Senior quotations & messages must be submitted via the Google form that will be emailed to students at the start of the school year.
Order Your Yearbook
You can order your yearbook starting on August
1st, 2019 for $75.
We will be accepting orders until June 12th, 2020. If you don’t pre-order a yearbook we only order 20 extras - don’t let your student miss out on this amazing publication! Order your yearbook now! There are two ways to order a yearbook:
1. Use your credit or debit card to pay online here.
2. Write a check made payable to CHS, and submit it to Ms. deLaricheliere’s mailbox in the main office along with an order form (available in the main office). Seal it in an envelope and clearly label your name. *Sorry, we are no longer accepting cash for yearbook payment*.
WHENProject Grad will take place on *June 13, 2019* (the night of graduation), and goes all night long! The event provides CHS graduates with an opportunity to celebrate with their classmates in a safe, drug & alcohol free environment.
VOLUNTEERSProject Grad *IS NOT* organized by CHS staff or the administration. It takes a team, a collective effort of parents and student volunteers, to pull off an event of this size. In other words… *WE NEED YOUR HELP!* There will be numerous opportunities to contribute throughout the year, and there is plenty of work to go around. See the following link to sign-up to help with upcoming activities:
