Students must wear loose fitting clothes and sneakers to class. Or footwear that:

·        Does not show toes or heels

·        Is not platform

·        Does not have wheels under them

·        Does have rubber soles

·        Stays on

·        Is tied up

Cross Country Skiing/Snowshoeing Attire

·        Hat, a headband or earmuffs may be allowed at the discretion of the instructor on warm days

·        Neck warmer on very cold or snowy days

·        Ski or snow pants

·        Lined wind pants are OK if they are wearing long underwear or pants under them

·        Gloves or mittens

·        Mittens are warmer in the colder weather

·        Neck warmer or scarf

·        For very cold days, an extra pair of socks, if desired

If you do not know how to ski (or snow shoe) and would like to learn, please feel free to join our PE classes.  If you already know how to ski, and would like to help, please come.  We have equipment for you to use if you wish.
