In order to maintain the most up to date information for students and their families, the Colchester School District has begun verifying enrollment for all returning students on an annual basis. This process is powered by PowerSchool Registration (formerly InfoSnap) and is only available online. In order to maintain consistent and accurate data, no paper verifications will be accepted.
PowerSchool Registration allows families to update contact information, notify nurses of medical needs, review handbooks and agreements, and more. The online/paperless process allows for faster turnaround and more accurate data.
The online verification process is required for all returning students. Access to internet resources and district-provided 1:1 devices will be restricted for students whose families have not completed the verification process by the start of the school year.
In an effort to make the process as easy as possible for all families, district computers and personnel will be available to families that need help completing the online process.
