Dear Parents, Guardians and Colchester Community Members,
We are pleased to inform you about the creation of the District Wellness Coordinator position. This position is grant-funded through Vermont Educators Health Initiative (VEHI).
The Wellness Coordinator, in partnership with administration, is responsible for overseeing the implementation of Colchester School District's wellness policy. The existing policy and practices reflect a high priority on healthy outcomes for all children and staff.
Connie Gavin, our part time CMS Family and Consumer Science teacher will also be the part time District Wellness Coordinator.
