General Homework Guidelines Homework: Reading Log: Students need to read for twenty minutes and fill out a reading log form. Both the events and the response/prediction side need to be filled out each night. The amount your child writes will depend on them and what they've read. However, expect that your child should be able to write two sentences per column. Math: Study links as assigned. Spelling: Monday- Students need to complete the "Learn and Spell" page of their weekly spelling packet. Tuesday-Wednesday Students need to complete "Practice B + C" of their spelling packet. Thursday- Students need to complete the "Proofreading" page of their spelling packets. Bonus Homework: Students that bring in spelling flashcards that they have created to study their spelling words throughout the week will get 3 bonus points on their test. Math: Study links as assigned
