K-12 Educator-Guest Borrower Program

The Colchester School District participates in the University of Vermont's K-12 Educator-Guest Borrower Program.  A summary of the general policies pertaining to this program and an Authorization Form (a.k.a. Enrollment Form) are available at all Colchester schools and at the Colchester School District's Administrative Offices.

To apply for a borrower card, educators must complete an Authorization Form.  The Authorization Form must be signed by the School Principal (or Superintendent) and mailed to:

Faculty members who participated in the program last year must complete a new Authorization Form to renew their card.
