While he grew up just outside of Philadelphia, Mr. Hall completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin at Stevens Point, earning a B.S. in Philosophy. While at UW-Stevens Point, Mr. Hall received the Academy of Letters & Science Distinguished Achievement Award and was inducted into the academic honor society Phi Kappa Phi. Mr. Hall earned an M.S. in School Counseling from Winona State University in Winona, Minnesota as well as a C.A.S. in school administration from St. Mary's University of Minnesota. Prior to moving to Vermont in 2004, Mr. Hall worked for five years as the only school counselor in a grade 7-12 school. Mr. Hall is passionate about education is committed to supporting students achieve their goals.
Mr. Hall lives in Colchester with his wife and son. In his free time they travel and enjoy kayaking, canoeing, backpacking, cross country skiing and camping. While at home, Mr. Hall enjoys movies, reading, and baking. He and his wife are also a licensed foster parents.
